Empowering Sustainable Interdependent Communities
Ma'at in Motion is a project inspired by the Divine principle of Ma'at which embodies Truth, Justice & Balance. The project's primary objective is to promote Self-sufficiency in Ghana's Tokoke region by creating a community hub where residents develop their creative skills, access education and innovative technology and establish small-scale business initiatives.
We are establishing a community centre that serves as a nucleus of development activities catering to all ages groups which will be run by the residents and community at large. There will be access to vital resources, services and opportunities to improve livlihoods. The centre will serve as a safe space for social and cultural events. In Ghana, many people are forced to leave their homes and communities in search of better opportunities due to lack of resources. Our goal is to bring opportunities to the region so families stay together and communities prosper as one.

Launch Phase One - Ghana October 2023
Sustainability - First The Land
Through our collaboration with Elev-eight and local farmers in Ghana's Tokoke region Ma'at In Motion are proud to announce our Launch Phase One.
We invite you to join us on the land where there will be rural living and 'hands in the earth' experiences with presentations about the project, a tour of the land, talks with farmers and training to enable us to engage and develop the space leaving a positive lasting impact.
We are so excited to welcome you to join us to establish lasting solutions and progressions for the local farmers and Ma'at In Motion Initiative.
A successful planning meeting was held in June 2023 which deepened the relationship. Elev-Eight are committed to supporting Ma'at In Motion to achieve this impressive initiative.
Your donation is an important contribution to this cause. We need finance to purchase equipment, building materials, vehicles, training, planning, transport, accommodation and experienced sustainable land developers.
Who We Are
We are a UK based organization whose members operate on a voluntary basis.
We have been functioning since 2006 promoting well being, education and business opportunities in the community through events, workshops, training and opportunities.
Our aim is to form partnerships to build 'on the ground' sustainable Afrikan projects and collaborative community developments. Through fundraising, crowdfunding initiatives and directly appealing to charities.
The benefit to local communities will be employment opportunities, training initiatives, family support and development, health and well-being, interdependence, self sufficiency and earth sustainability.
Our aim is to work in partnerships and collaborations to achieve our aims.
