End User License Agreement for Pathiary
This End User License Agreement is between you and Dustin McCaslin, the developer of Pathiary. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.
License Grant
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Pathiary on any Apple device you own or control, subject to the App Store Terms of Service.
Restrictions
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the app. You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code. You may not use the app for any unlawful purpose.
Your Content
You retain all rights to photos, journal entries, and other content you create in Pathiary. We do not claim ownership of your personal content.
Subscriptions
Premium features require an active subscription. Subscriptions are billed through Apple and managed in your App Store account settings. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change with notice.
Updates
We may release updates to improve functionality or fix issues. Some updates may be required to continue using the app. Features may be added, modified, or removed in updates.
Termination
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights terminate automatically if you fail to comply with these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the app.
Disclaimer
Pathiary is provided "as is" without warranty. We do not guarantee the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
