Data Collection
We collect location data and photos to power your travel journal. Location information helps organize your trips geographically, while photos enable AI-generated captions and trip narratives. All data is stored locally on your device unless you opt into future cloud sync features.
AI Processing
Pathiary uses Claude AI by Anthropic to generate smart captions for your photos and create personalized trip summaries. When you use AI features, relevant data is sent securely to Anthropic's servers for processing. Anthropic does not retain your data after processing is complete.
Your Rights Under GDPR and CCPA
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can export your data or request complete account deletion through the app's Profile settings. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Analytics
We may use Apple Analytics to understand app performance and improve user experience. This data is anonymized and cannot be used to identify you personally.
