Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any data stored within Pathiary. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
Subscriptions and Billing
Pathiary offers premium features through subscription plans billed via Apple's App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Pathiary to upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content. You retain ownership of all photos and journal entries you create. We do not claim any rights to your personal content.
Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice. AI features depend on third-party services and may be subject to availability.
Limitation of Liability
Pathiary is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data or damages arising from your use of the app. Back up important data regularly.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of Pathiary after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
