- Where can I read your Affiliate Program Terms of Service?
- When are comissions paid?
- Your commissions are paid on the first week of every month (following the first 30 days after the sale).
- Is there a minimum payout threshold?
- Yes, there is a minimum payout threshold of $50 USD. This is the minimum amount of money an affiliate must have in their account in order to initiate a withdrawal. In the case of not meeting the payment threshold, the accumulated amount will be rolled over to next month’s total.
- How do I monitor my commissions?
- Mixo's affiliate scheme is powered by Rewardful which lets you monitor everything with an easy to use dashboard. All commission related details (eg CTR, conversions etc) will all be available there.
- What is your cookie duration?
- Our affiliate program uses cookies to track sales generated by your affiliate link. In order for our system to track this information properly, the following conditions should be met:
- Cookies must be enabled in the browser's settings before your referral follows the link.
- Cookies must not be cleared before a purchase is made by your referral.
- Your referral should use the same browser to sign up for a Mixo account and to make a purchase.
- Do coupon codes work with affiliates?
- Yes, you can share our affiliate coupon codes and get commission when your referrals use them.
- What happens if my referral refunds the product?
- In the event that your referral gets a refund for the order, or if the order was canceled for any reason or was fraudulent, your commission amount for that particular transaction will be removed.
