What do I do if I forgot username for login?
Your username should be the same email address of the emails you receive from Mixo. Locate an email sent to you by Mixo (eg a notification email, invoice) and your username will be the email address that the email was sent to.
Next reset your password by going to https://app.mixo.io/login and click “Forgot your Password” under he Sign in button.
If you initially signed up with Google, you will need to reset your password through Google. See their help documents for more information.
