How do I update my payment method?
You can update your payment method at any time through the Stripe billing portal. Here’s how:
- Log in to your Mixo account and go to your Account Settings page.
- Click Payment Settings — this will redirect you to the Stripe billing portal.
- In the billing portal, you will see your current payment method (e.g. credit card ending in ••••).
- Click the pencil icon next to your existing payment method to edit it, or add a new payment method.
- Enter your new card details and save.
Troubleshooting
The page is stuck loading or nothing happens when I click Payment Settings:
- Try refreshing the page and clicking the button again.
- Make sure you are using a supported, up-to-date browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge).
- Clear your browser cache and cookies, then log in again.
- If you are using a browser extension (e.g. an ad blocker), try disabling it temporarily as it may block the redirect to Stripe.
- Try using a different browser or an incognito/private window.
I don’t see the Payment Settings option:
- Payment Settings is only available if you have an active paid subscription. If you are on the free plan, there is no payment method to update.
