How do I change confirmation page for sign up forms?

In your site settings, you have the ability to customize your sign up forms.

Visit the site settings in the editor, under the Config tab you should see a Signup Form Settings section.

Here you can edit:

• The confirmation page that a user sees after they sign up.
• You can also add a GDPR message to your forms before they are submitted. This message will appear as a checkbox that the user must tick before they can submit the form.
• Turn on Captcha to prevent spam signups.
